For people who are having problems that they can’t handle, can’t control, or just don’t know how to deal with,counseling is a way to find help from a trained professional. There are many types of counseling and Santhi Bhavan handles all of them. The focus is on talk therapy. Here a person goes to a counselor because he/she can’t find the answers to a problem. A counselor listens to the problems and asks probing questions to reach at a deeper level of understanding on what is going on. He will then either explore ways tthrough which one can change his/her thinking about the issue or teach skills so that one can correct this concern on his/her own.
